PA CONFERENCE MISSION TRIP ARRIVES IN DOMINICAN REPUBLIC

On Tuesday, July 3, the Pennsylvania Conference Mission trip team departed from Newark International airport at 7:30 a.m. and arrived in Santo Domingo International airport about 11 a.m.  The team traveled by minibus to the Conference office and ate lunch. Then we traveled to Higuey our “hub city” and met with the ShareHim onsite coordinator and all the pastors of all the host churches for a short orientation and get acquainted session.  Following that we drove a few blocks to our hotel to check in and eat supper.  Our team is tired but holding up well and excited to begin our training in the morning. By Friday, we will be preaching our first sermon of the 19 total sermons we will preach.  We are proud to be working with our fine PA youth and young adults in direct mission for Jesus.  Please keep this team in your prayers.  Watch this blog spot for daily reports.
